Micah Derry is the principal and founder of Reality Public Affairs. With over fifteen years of experience in public and government affairs, Micah is a seasoned consultant known for his work with major philanthropies and advocacy groups on conservative philosophy, ideology, and policy solutions.

Micah has a distinguished record in advocating for sound public safety and criminal justice policies, as well as in areas such as energy policy, renewable energy policy, property rights, taxation issues, regulatory policy, healthcare, and public finance. His leadership roles have included serving as the President and CEO of The Adams Project and as State Director for Americans for Prosperity in Ohio, where he emerged as a leading right-of-center voice on criminal justice policy and broader policy initiatives.

In addition to his advocacy work, Micah has held pivotal positions including Deputy Director of Policy & Legislative Affairs at the Ohio Treasurer of State and Legislative Aide in the Ohio House of Representatives. His expertise spans legislative strategy, fundraising, donor relations, communications, and media relations, among other areas. Micah's work has consistently focused on promoting constitutional rights, fair business practices, healthcare, national security, and public safety solutions that balance accountability, rehabilitation, and due process.
